Here at Outpost we love a good decaf and over the years the EA Sugarcane process has been our favourite process. It is natural process, using a low alcohol solution from fermenting sugar cane and soaking the coffee to remove the caffeine.

La Hamaca Decaf is a single-origin coffee from the Huila region of Colombia, grown by smallholder farmers at altitudes of 1650–2000 meters. We have worked with Ignacio at Azahar to contract this delicious coffee.
